You can track your order by clicking Order Tracking in the menu bar. From there, sign in to your Shop account to view your order history under My Account. Once your order ships, you’ll also receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your delivery.

• Refunds are available within 14 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible.

how to exchange my order

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at hello@shopbookthreads.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll provide return instructions and send your replacement once your original item is received in its original condition.
when will i receive my refund?
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be returned to that card.
  • For alternative payment methods (such as Shop Pay, PayPal, or Apple Pay), the refund will be sent through the same platform.
  • Please note that we do not offer refunds to different accounts or as store credit unless otherwise stated.
